I would guess that they have to pay for the lost book, maybe not for the
borrow, Ed.

They never received the book. It was lost in transit.  And they're not
paying by IFM; they're paying by check.

Why would you lose the lending credit?  Once you update to shipped, I
think the credit sticks, doesn't it?

I know we've been down this thread road before but was there ever a
solution to this?  In WCRS, how can a lender close out a request for a
book that was lost and paid for by the borrower without using recall and
losing the lending credit?
