Heather,

I believe the lending credit is applied when the borrower updates to
received.

Also, I've been told some subscription agreements may not include lender
credits, so check with your provider on the details.

I know we've been down this thread road before but was there ever a
solution to this?  In WCRS, how can a lender close out a request for a
book that was lost and paid for by the borrower without using recall and
losing the lending credit?
