[ILL-L] No more VHS at BLP

As of Aug 29th, Bellingham Public Library (BLP) will no longer have any
videos (VHS). The entire collection will be withdrawn, all 5,000, and sold
at our Friends of the Library Video sale. We are in line to have our
holdings updated, but in the mean time, you may still see our symbol as
owning videos.
