[ILL-L] CHU ILLiad back online

apologies for cross-posting, but I wanted to cover all the bases.

CHU's ILLiad is back online and we are ready for business.  HOWEVER, 
it lost 3 weeks' worth of data, so we are working as hard as we can 
to replace all records that were outstanding.  Because this involves 
manually inputting info into the Borrowing side of things, we may 
miss an item or two.  Many apologies for that, but we're not sure how 
else to retrieve this unretrievable data.  On the Lending side, we 
have updated items in WRS as they come up, but there may still be a 
few glitches on that end as well.

In short, we ask for everyone's patience if you happen to get a 
request for something that you sent us already.  Not only did we lose 
those 3 weeks' worth, it's put all of the items back at the status 
they WERE on July 10th, so we have items that were returned, but are 
showing checked out to us.
