I checked theTimes Digital Archive and found the following from the London Times of 4 September 1935. It sounds as if this is a radio play (it's in the "Broadcasting" section).
"The chief dramatic event in the National programme this week will be the performance at 8 to-nmight of Black Vengeance, a tale of fear, written expressly for the microphone by Mrs. St. Loe Strachey. It will be produced by Mr. Peter Creswell, with a cast including Mr. Leon Quartermaine, Mr. Cyril Nash, Mr. George Sanders, and Mr. Lindesay Baxter."
I suspect the best bet for obtaining a copy of this script would be the BBC Written Archives Centre in Reading (UK). I visited them some years ago and they let me make copies of some radio plays for personal research; I don't know whether they'd provide a copy by post, but it's worth trying them.

Subject: [ILL-L] Help with a loan
Hello,
I have a faculty member who is looking for the following book. I am not able to find it in OCLC. Given the date of publication I thought it could possibly exist somewhere but not be in OCLC - but of course we have discarded our NUC. Can someone who still has it check for me?
Title: Black Vengeance
Author: Mrs. St. Loe Stratchey
Publication date: 1935
Thanks!
Ursula
