[ILL-L] Help with a loan

[Robinson, Arthur]

I'm wondering if this could be the title of an essay or article rather than a book.  I found eight books in WorldCat with the author "Strachey, St. Loe, Mrs., b. 1866" and also some books in COPAC, but nothing with this title.  
 
There's also an Evelyn John St. Loe Strachey in Contenporary Authors (with an entry in Current Biography 1946), but I haven't found a "Black Vengeance" by him either.

Hello,
I have a faculty member who is looking for the following book.  I am not able to find it in OCLC.  Given the date of publication I thought it could possibly exist somewhere but not be in OCLC - but of course we have discarded our NUC.  Can someone who still has it check for me?
