I just checked our record in both borrowing and lending, and found out
we supplied to you more than we borrowed. ESR does not charge for both
copy and loan. Nevertheless I would like to have reciprocal agreements
with your library. Do you have a form or how do you do. Please let me
know.

	    Beginning August 1, 2008, California Polytechnic State
University (CPS) lending fees will increase from $10.00 to $15.00. We
will continue to honor existing reciprocal and consortium agreements. We
welcome additional reciprocal agreements.
