[ILL-L] [ARIE-L] Changes to Nick & Linda's spreadsheet & Custom Holdingsgroups

Hello!

Any time you post something, you have to go back and make corrections. 

Here are the current corrections:

SCV (Elgin) was removed from the spreadsheet and all custom holdings groups. The library no longer exists.

FZ3 was added to the spreadsheet and all applicable custom holdings groups. FL, reciprocal, LVIS, Free loans and copies.

IHT changed from Charges to Free copies (same: IL, reciprocal, LVIS, Ariel). Added to Free Ariel, Free Copies.
