[ILL-L] Sensitizing or De-Sensitizing Books Borrowed

We don't desensitize others' materials either.  For circulating ILL
materials, our security guards are trained to look for a red stamp on our
ILL bookstrap that reads "OK TO LEAVE WIDENER".  This arrangement seems to
work fairly well.
