I have Ariel 4.1.1

Go to Settings > Preferences > General Tab
4th box down is the Copyright notice text box. Mine reads: "Notice: This material may be protected by copyright law. (Title 17 U.S. Code)" It's the same text as the stamp I used to use when I mailed or faxed articles.

Hello-
According to the Ariel 4.1 manual, you can have a copyright notice get sent automatically when you send articles, but I tried to do it and it didn't work. One option looks like you should be able to scan a copyright notice, save it as a TIF file, but it doesn't say where you would save it to or how the system would know where to look for it. I'm looking especially at articles that we send as PDF. Does anyone have experience with setting this up?

Thanks very much-
Joanna Duy
