Good Afternoon,

I need the following journal article:

Soviet journal of bioorganic chemistry.

Title: Effective method for the synthesis of phosphodiester derivatives
  of mono- and oligonucleotides in aqueous medium.
Author: Gottikh

I submitted it via OCLC and it came back not found as cited. Could someone 
who has issues of this journal in their collection take a look and let me 
know what the correct citation is?
