Hi Katia,

>From Lebanon's Law on the Protections of Literary and Artistic Property
(1999), Chapter VIII, Article 51:

In the case of collective and audiovisual works, the term of protection
shall be 50 years to be computed from the end of the year in which the work
has been made available to the public or, failing such event, 50 years from
the making of such work, to be computed from the end of the year in which
the work has been completed.

So provided that the magazine published this photo sometime before 1957, you
should consider this photo to be in the public domain.
