[ILL-L] Auto-Deflection MAXCOST Issue

Hi Megan,

Defections are set up in the Policies Directory
https://illpolicies.oclc.org/
You'll need your autho and password to access this site.
Click on My Units - this will bring up your institution
Click on Policies Tab
Click on Deflections

Click the New button to set up a deflection
You can deflect on format [AV, newspapers, etc], on e- formats, on 
material age

Real time deflection is just that. 

And you might want to consider a "Holiday Rules" - for when / if your 
library closes for an extended time
Non supplier status only stops potential borrows from putting your 
symbol in the lender string.
The requests with your symbol in them that are already in the pipeline 
will continue, unless you do a holiday / real time  deflection.
