[ILL-L] borrowing entire issues one article at a time

According to CONTU guildelines, the "rule of five" applies even if you're
asking for multiple articles from the same issue. To protect themselves
from perceived legal liabilities many lenders have instituted certain local
guidelines - for example, a library I used to work at would allow no more
than 3 requests from a single journal issue. But as long as the borrowing
library has included with its ILL request a notice of copyright compliance,
the lender shouldn't have to worry.
