[ILL-L] Auto-Deflection MAXCOST Issue

Yes, the OCLC system is not smart enough to read text. It can only look for
IFM and a number before it to determine whether to deflect.
Putting text in the maxcost field is way to get around maxcost deflection.

We have auto-deflection set up in our policies to deflect requests where the
MAXCOST is less than our charge. However, today we received a requests
which said:
FREE/LVIS/AMIGOS
in the MAXCOST field. Does anyone know why this happened? I think that it
is the second request like this that we received. Thanks
