Thank you!

How often do you all update your LVIS holdings?

	Another question...

Is there an easy way to update LVIS holdings in OCLC? I see
that there is a new updated list on this website (as of 3/3/08)

http://www.cyberdriveillinois.com/departments/library/who_we_are/OCLC/pd
fs/lvis.pdf

Am I missing something or is there a list someplace with just
symbols so its easy to cut and paste into our custom holdings?

The way I update my custom holdings is to use the Policies Directory,
advanced search. Then you can limit by area and/or group. I have my
LVIS libraries divided by OCLC region, so I select a region, select LVIS
for the group, then when it shows you the symbols, you can click on the
"display symbols" button, and it'll open another window where you can
copy and paste.

Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer but wish we
didn't.
