As Genie would say YMMV but -at JPL- the template lives in the ILLiad
file in the Email folder and is called lendingoverdue3
It's tweakable.
Though it's really effective in some cases in it's present wordage.

Subject: [ILL-L] Problem with lending overdue notices
Hi everyone!
We've got an odd problem and I'm hoping someone on the lists can help.
We sent out our lending overdue notices by email yesterday, and it turns
out ILLiad used the borrowing template for the messages. It treated
other libraries as if they are our patrons, giving one of them the 'YOU
ARE BLOCKED FROM USING ILLIAD' message.
I went through the help files, and can't find out where the lending
email templates are stored, or even if they exist. I talked to our
sysadmin and he's stumped. I called OCLC and was told they'd get back
to me at some point. The problem is I need an answer today if at all
possible. If anyone here knows what to do and can shoot me an email
with directions I'd appreciate it very much.
