[ILL-L] LVIS and overdue fines

Hi,

My understanding is that if you're using OCLC, you aren't supposed to 
charge any overdues to borrowing libraries.  You can only charge for 
lost or damaged books.

That could have changed in a more recent revision, but that's what I 
was taught.
