[ILL-L] Help with citation/finding OCLC record for Washington University Law Journal

I could use some help with this stumper, if anyone has the time.

 

This is the citation taken from CJAbstracts:

 

Gardner Martin R. (1979). Illicit legislative motivation as a sufficient
condition for unconstitutionality under the establishment clause--a case
for consideration: The Utah firing squad. Washington University Law
Journal, 1979(2), 435-499

 

There is no journal by this title on OCLC.  I also looked at Washington
University Law Review and Washington University Law Quarterly, but the
issue number (2) does not seem to match the year of publication for
these records.

 

1.	Is the citation wrong?
2.	What OCLC record should I use?

 

If someone has this publication, would you be willing to check to see if
you can find this article?
