[ILL-L] MLA & EBSCO

I think we need to remember that these databases are international.  I too have had the requests for articles in Korean, but I look upon this as an opportunity to education our students and not as a defect in the databases.

Amen!

I can't tell you how many times over the years, I actually called the MLA headquarters to complain. There has been no change.
It is frustrating when users see a citation, they want the article, but it is to be found nowhere! Sometimes our only saving grace is to contact the author of the article (if possible), and receive a copy from him/her.
