[ILL-L] ILL FILL standards

[Robinson, Arthur]

This happens all the time with MLA.  Usually the patron changes his/her
mind when I point out the article is Korean (which MLA indicates, but
few patrons read the fine print).

 

Arthur Robinson (GLG, who shouldn't criticize since he too sometimes
