[ILL-L] Help with journal article

Oh, do I need your help!

I'm trying to locate the following:

Turkiye Klinikleri Journal of Medical Sciences
"Natural rubber latex allergy pearls and pitfalls

394-397.

I have checked with NLM and they do not own for 2007.   I've searched the 
article on the journal's website, found the abstract, but couldn't figure 
out how to purchase!

Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
