There's some full text available for this journal at <http://www.dlib.si/dlib_eng.asp>. Searching the journal title in the simple search yields links to 199 articles. Advanced search using journal name as source and limiting by year yields 45 for 2000, 41 for 2001, 12 for 2005, and none for 2006 or 2008. But that's at least a couple of years for you.
