[ILL-L] ILL & Disaster Planning?

Hi everyone,

I'm going to try and see if I can get sort of a contact 
list together.  This would be libraries willing to lend 
material to others effected by emergencies/disasters, free 
of charge.  I'd like to include a section about this on 
the ILL wiki, if possible.  If you want to help out or if 
you have any other ideas about helpful resources, I'd love 
to hear from you!  Could you reply off the list?  My email
