If we don't own the format the patron is interested in, we would certainly
order it through ILL.

Subject: [ILL-L] ILL Policies
We are reviewing our ILL policy and are interested in how other libraries
are addressing the issues raised when multiple formats are available within
your library. Do you request the material in the format the patron wants?
For example, if you own a title as an electronic book would you request the
print version through ILL if that's the format the patron wanted? I think
our policy may have been written at a time when this was not an issue -
before my time, anyway - and now with multiple formats available, we may
need to do some revising.
Thanks,
Deborah McLaughlin
