I have searched for almost a week trying to find a supplier for this
article:

"Is there a heartbeat? Democratic Education and Maxine Greene's "Dialect
of Freedom." the author is Ann Payne.  It is cited in ERIC (EJ486953)
Hands on newsletter, issue 48, Jan 1994, pp. 14-

I feel like I'm in an endless circle, every link takes me back to ERIC
and it is not available through ERIC.

Can anyone help?
