Try:
McKerrow, R.B. "Some notes on the letters i, j, u and v in
sixteenth-century printing." The Library, 3rd Series, no. 1 (1910), p.
239-259.
(courtesy of a google search for: McKerrow 239-259).
And I think the source is ISSN 0024-2160, which has multiple OCLC
numbers - the dates look right.
