Do members of your library staff regularly request ILL items for their
own personal use?

 - Yes, some do, but most have been work-related, especially for YS.

Do ILL staff use it more than staff from other departments?

 - No, since I am technically the entire ILL staff. ;) I've only
requested 2 or 3 books since I took over about 2 years ago.

If your library charges patrons a fee to borrow, do staff also pay the
fee?

 - Yes, but we only charge if the lending library charges, which hardly
ever happens.'

Just an informal survey here - feel free to reply off-list

I'm curious because I do succumb to temptation now and then and "surf"
OCLC for items to borrow; I was wondering if others out there do the
same. I would think that staff who use ILL would be more likely to
recommend it to patrons. Also, we do charge our patrons a fee ($1.50 to
cover postage), and to be honest, sometimes I don't pay it...
