[ILL-L] Looking for tables of contents

[Document Delivery]

We're looking for the tables of contents of the 'Florida historical
quarterly' from 82 (1) 2003 through 86 (2007). I asked for them twice
over OCLC, but people didn't seem to accept it as a legitimate request.
How does one ask for tables of contents? Not one at a time (we need 24)?
Thanks for any info., we're willing to pay - maybe four at a time?
