[ILL-L] Ariel email

No.  This has sometimes been a problem for us.  We much prefer PDF.

I'm looking into sending out article using Ariel email, but libraries would receive them as TIF attachments instead of PDF attachments. Do most people have TIF readers on their terminals? Do most students? thanks,
