[ILL-L] Fwd: Poorly edited edition?

Those 38 libraries that own the 2004 paperback edition of Effective
Treatments for PTSD may wish to check for correct pagination in your
copy.   We just borrowed a copy of this book from EZB hoping to copy a
chapter but the pages are not in correct order.   There are so many
errors in this 388 page book that we simply did not have time to find
all the pages which should have appeared consecutively.   This might
just be one bad copy but perhaps the whole batch was bad.   Surely
Guilford Press would replace those bad copies or at least issue a
refund.
