[ILL-L] DDS for graduate students

Hello All,

 

Currently, we provide a free desktop document delivery service of articles
from our local collections to our University faculty and staff.  We are
exploring the possibility of expanding this service to our graduate students
(for a fee).  

 

I would love to get feedback on your experience with this service.

 

*	Do you charge a fee?  Do you charge everyone?   Is it by article or
number of pages?  

 

*	Is there a limit on the number of pages per article?

 

*	How is the billing handled?  

 

*	What workflow problems have you encountered?  Is this a high-demand
service?  

 

*	Issues?
