[ILL-L] ILLIAD/constant data records

Hi, everyone,
   I've had a couple of instances where libraries have contacted us (COS) to say that our university name (which was changed a few years ago from Univ of Southern Colorado to Colorado State University Pueblo) wasn't updated in the constant data record, and that our Ariel address likewise hadn't been updated. I've gone through and can't find the old info in our WRS constant data fields, so I'm wondering if libraries that use ILLIAD might have old data? We don't run it, so I'm unfamiliar with it. Does one have to manually update or re-download libraries' info?

Of course, I can definitely have overlooked something in our records, but am at a loss for where to find it. So any feedback & help is appreciated, as always.
