[ILL-L] What dept pays for yr ILL borrowing requests?

PCC (OQP) is an LVIS and BCRC member.  We also do reciprocal charges.  On
top of that we are also a net-lender.  I use the "slush fund" to subsidize
any charges.

If there are charges, students must pay them.  Faculty and staff pay if the
request is for personal use.  If is for work, we cover the costs, but
reserve the right to charge back to the department if the costs are
extra-ordinary.

But I have never needed to.
