Ooops instead of Harvard Business Review (to which we actually subscribe
online). I meant Harvard Business Online. I requested IDrugs (OCLC lists
it as an internet resource) from 15 libraries before I called one to
find out that they could not lend it. IDrugs also only charges $12 for
an article. It is clear they are trying to get a cut of the ILL market.

I'm not sure there is any good way to track this. We added our
e-holdings automatically, but there doesn't seem to be any way to create
a local holdings record for them or to deflect individually. Most of
our titles cannot be lent and even with the ones that we can lend, the
years are limited. I often get requests for older issues, when perhaps
we have only the last five years. Also, there are some things we cannot
lend because they are part of a database, but people with individual
subscriptions can lend. So I'm not sure that you could always say that
a particular title could never be borrowed. That's why I always request
from the print version first because in the case of one of the titles
you listed, Harvard Business Review, that could be lent.

Does any one keep a list of titles that cannot be borrowed, only bought
electronically? I have always had to find out the hard way.
Harvard business online - only avail by website purchase.
IDrugs - all licenses prohibit any kind of ILL
Harvard business review.
ISHS Acta Horticulturae - only avail for online purchase
For IDrugs, I had to find out by sending out requests and having them
come back with telegraphic OCLC, until I decided to call one of the
libraries and find out.
