One of our faculty is in need of the title Why "Soft" Technology Will Not Be America's Energy Salvation by Petr Beckmann, (Boulder, CO: The Golem Press, 1979). I didn't find it in OCLC. Does any libraries owns this title and willing to lend it to us? Please contact me directly if you can help.
