[ILL-L] Help: Preliminary report to the Wilson trustees 1909

MZA (Metropolitan Museum of Art) shows that this is available in their OPAC.
I've discovered that if I search the OPAC of the institution listed in the
MARC 040 field when OCLC record indicates 0 holders, the item is often held.

This group is always so helpful.  I am stumped on this one and am hoping
that someone  out there may have some insight as to where I can find it.  

 

I have a faculty member that would like to take a look at Preliminary report
to the Wilson trustees the 1909 version which appears to have been authored
by Thomas Callander.  There is a record on OCLC without any holdings and
when I attempt to locate other versions with the same author & title I only
locate the same record that he found and initially put his request in on.  I
have obtained a 1905 or 1906 version but he really needs the 1909.  (There
is a reference to a seal or insignia that he needs.)  It is only 13 pages so
any way we can get it would be extremely helpful.
