[ILL-L] Does anyone have electronic epub access to Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology?

I looked in MD Consult under J of the Amer Academy of Dermatology but I
did not see an article with adalimumab & the author Mentor within it. I
did not see an "Article in press" section.

Hi,

Does anyone have electronic access to the Journal of the American 
Academy of Dermatology - specifically the MDConsult version - and 
able to ILL something from the "Articles in Press" section?

I've got a requester who wants:

Adalimumab therapy for moderate...
Menter, et al
Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Oct 15,2007, epub 
ahead of publication

But it won't let me purchase it from the website, and the libraries 
around here are not subscribed to the MDConsult version of the 
journal.  Does anyone have access to it, and able to do an ILL?  We 
can pay up to $40 for this article, and are able to place the request 
via email, OCLC, or fax.
