[ILL-L] Pesky "Aged to next lender" issue

I had this happen a couple of times. I spoke with one of the lenders who
believed that what had happened was that they had updated to Shipped in
Illiad, but that update had not been transferred to WRS. So, they had
completed the request and mailed the item, but in WRS it was still showing
as Pending, and aged out to the next lender in the string. We do not use
Illiad, so I am fuzzy on exactly how it works, but it seems like something that
could happen.
