[ILL-L] SPI (IL State Library) fiche to fiche copying temporarily discontinued for multiple fiche sets.

This is an attempt to reach those libraries that use us on a regular basis obtain federal documents.  If the document is on fiche, we'll temorarily be unable to copy fiche to fiche for multiple fiche sets.  HOWEVER, we will copy from fiche to paper if there is just one page of fiche. 

The Illlinois State Library is switching to a different type of film.  We are waiting for the first shipment of film and our machines also have to be adjusted to accept the new film.  I'm anticipating our downtime to be three weeks or less.  I'll inform the list when we're once again able to copy fiche to fiche.
