from it:

  Highlights of the findings of mediated ILL/DD include:
	Average borrowing unit cost:  $17.50
	Average lending unit cost:  $9.28
	Average borrowing fill rate: 86%
	Average lending fill rate: 58%
	Average borrowing turnaround time: 9.29 days for returnables 
                                     and 6.23 days for non-returnables
