[ILL-L] books with cds

I have received requests for books of ours which have lost their CD's and
I'd welcome the chance to know how  badly the patron wants the cd assuming
they know for sure that the book has one.  I usually send the item out
anyway to save time.

I have an interloan  grumble...

I just received a book  that did not have the cd with it.
Now, I am assuming my patron is expecting the cd to accompany the book.

Do you think a library should 'conditional' a request if they can fill
the book, but the cd is lacking?
