[ILL-L] books with cds

OKI always does a conditional when we’re unable to send any accompanying
materials” mentioned in the WorldCat record.  

 

That said, we do send accompanying CD’s, even if they are catalogued
separately.  However, we’ve had some requests for children’s books that have
accompanying games, cards, etc., and we don’t send those.  (They’re usually
long-lost anyway!)

OKN always lends the CD that comes with the material and to date (knock on

I have an interloan  grumble...
 
I just received a book  that did not have the cd with it.
Now, I am assuming my patron is expecting the cd to accompany the book.
 
Do you think a library should 'conditional' a request if they can fill 
the book, but the cd is lacking?
