[ILL-L] Borrowing of materials and Sensitizing/Desensitizing

Hi Dima,
We desensitize all ILL books. They are picked up at the Circ desk and
it makes sense to treat them like other books that go through the Circ
desk. It also keeps the alarm from going off when the patron leaves the
library.
ILL staff will put a note on the pick-up slip if the item shouldn't be
desensitized (magnetic media, request from lender, etc.)
