[ILL-L] another LVIS booster. :)

There's no charge to join LVIS and there's no OCLC charge for being 
profiled in (or out) of a group.   Back in the old days (old as when 
256K was a lot of computer memory)  OCLC used to charge for profiling 
but that's long changed.
