Nora,
I may not have responded to this survey. I was out of the office
almost all last
week.
We do forward ILL materials to distance education students who are
verified by
our ProfEd department. They have students in Virginia, Atlanta, N.
Dakota, Hawaii, etc.
We always put a note in our ILL request that this is for a off-campus
patron and needs
a longer lending time. If the library doesn't lend that's ok too. Our
Off-Campus Library
Service packages and sends the book out by UPS and the patron must send
it back that way.
We had this set up for at least 10 years.
Don't know if this will help you, but I thought I'd send it anyway.

Thank you to those who responded to my "survey." Here's a summary of
the results. I would welcome more replies and be willing to save and
compile more responses.
