[ILL-L] stumper - Datamonitor Company Profiles

This looks suspiciously like a database, rather than an article, but 
I figured maybe some MBA-savvy person out there can help me out.

Our patron is after IBM Global Services - SWOT Analysis, which I did 
find listed on the web, for a mere bargain of $125 for the entire 
report.  Are there libraries that actually PURCHASE these 
things?  And if so, how would one order it on ILL?
