[ILL-L] ILL & Disaster Planning?

Thanks so much Heather! It would be wonderful if you could 
share JPL's plan.

I was working at Louisiana State right after Katrina. 
 Lots of folks transferred there after the storm, so we 
had an increase in borrowing and lots of other 
institutions kindly helped us out.  It was very 
beneficial, but I think it'd be wonderful to have 
something more organized and easily accessible.

Thanks for everyone who has responded so far.  I'm hoping 
to hear from more of you as this project progresses.
