[ILL-L] DDS for graduate students

We offer DDS for faculty, staff, graduate, and distance education students
free of charge.  Undergraduates may use interlibrary loan free of charge,
but do not get delivery services other than ILL articles which go out by
email.  We also do not pay for ILL borrowing incurring a charge for
undergraduates, though we will for faculty, staff, graduate and distance ed
articles.  We will pay for up to ten for those patron groups, with any after
that possible but needing review.  We do not limit the number of pages per
article those groups may request for document delivery scanning.  We just
began our service this semester, and if it becomes onerous, we will consider
page limitations and then a pay structure.
