Bethany,
The print edition was either March 22 or March 29. There is no March 24 
edition. We have access to the full-text via our e-journals (Ethnic News 
Watch), and it looks like this article is from March 29, 2006, Vol. 25, 
Iss. 42; pg. A3. We have permission to supply the "full text" version 
via ILL if you would like to request it, but we only keep the print 
edition for 1 year. Sorry.
